 At on time in ones life, individuals go through transitions. Be it at the workplace, in ones' academics or family life, one constant is change. The ship above encompases that change..that fact that persons evolve, transit, grow and become better with time and age.And with such transitions, just like a ship, employees work but then reach a point where they move on to new challenges in new companies, become entrepreneurs or retire. That i nature of business, the nature of life.
